Introduction

This plenary session on innovative drug discovery and access will address current challenges, integrating industry-driven innovation with patient-centric clinical trials. A panel discussion titled, “Pharmacy’s role in bridging the gap,” will discuss new clinical trial models, innovative drug discoveries post-COVID-19 pandemic, and the role of pharmacists in improving access to groundbreaking medicines. It will showcase successful collaborations and recent breakthroughs in drug discovery.
